Wylie Kinson's sister and several other women have been kidnapped by raiders who leave his mother dying in the desert. He sets out to find the men and his sister.

His betrayal at the hands of someone he trusts adds tension and suspense to the story as he crosses the Arizona Territory in his search.

The characters are believable and interesting. Wylie has a strong sense of honor and family that carries through the story. You will find it hard to put the book aside--a real page turner. I highly recommend it as a satisfying and enjoyable read!
